Open Bar Hospitality specializes in full service bar catering and event staffing. We can cater for any size event. Bar packages can be customized to our client's needs. OB packages range from a standard host bar to premium, top shelf, beer & wine, martini and champagne bar. If you’re planning, a product launch, corporate event, fund raiser, wedding, birthday celebration or an elegant dinner, our team will gladly take care of all the details, full set-up of the bar, glassware, linens, bar equipment, flowers, staff or any special requests you may have for your customized bar.

Titos Vodka, Absolut Vodka, Bombay Sapphire Gin, El Jimador, Bacardi Rum, Jack Daniels Whiskey, Jim Beam Bourbon,

imported and domestic beer, House Red and Whites wines, Pino Noir, and Chardonnay, bar mixers, soda, juices, water and ice.


Premium Package

Ketel One, Grey Goose, Bombay Sapphire gin, Casamgio Tequila, 1800 Tequila, Bulleit Burbon, Jack Daniels Whiskey, Jameson Irish Whiskey, Captain Morgan Rum, Bacardi Rum, Appleton Estate Rum, Dewar’s, Johnny Walker Black.

Beer & Wine Package

We offer Pilsners, Lagers and IPAs. 

Imported and domestic beers: Bud, Bud Lite, Corona, Heineken, Heineken Light Brooklyn Pilsner, Brooklyn IPA, Amstel Light, Stella Artois, Harpoon IPA, Red Stripe, Blue Moon, and more.

Wines: Chardonnay, Cabernet or Pinot Noir. Other options are available.


Specialty & Signature Cocktails

Open Bar Hospitality team can craft a specialty drink unique to your event, or a signature cocktail that complements the season. Our mixologists can create entirely new cocktails based on your liquor of choice and favorite flavors. Or we can put a twist on an old classic for a tasty and refreshing drink.


FAQs

OB can provide you with a Full Liquor License for your off-premise event (known as a one-day caterers permit).

At Open Bar Hospitality, we practice responsible dispensing of alcohol. All bar packages include non-alcoholic mixers, such as orange juice, cranberry juice, pineapple juice and sodas. Rentals are not included in bar packages (i.e. Glassware, tables for the bars, linens, and serving trays). 20% Admin Charge on all events.

We do not offer cash bar services. All of our bar pricing is done on a per-person basis.

Will I be able to keep the liquor that was not consumed during the event?

Our bar packages are based on rate per person per hour, not based on consumption. The liquor is supplied in excess and will be picked up at the conclusion of the event. SLA Requirements Alcohol Should not be left behind.

What if my event runs longer than the agreed hours?

We try to accommodate any changes or client requests. Client will be billed for the additional hours on the bar package and staff.

What are the uniform options for Staff?

Option 1: White button shirt, blk tie, blk pants, blk shoes

Option 2: All Blk, Black shirt, Blk pants, Blk tie, blk Shoes

We can accommodate client's requests.

Can I request specific alcohol or specialty cocktail?

Yes, we will be happy to accommodate any custom requests.

Can you provide a Liquor License for my event?

Yes, we can provide the liquor permit for your event if the bar catering service is provided by us with OB bartenders. We cannot provide a permit for donated liquor or beverages provided by a client or someone else. There is an application fee for us to file for the Caterer's One Day Permit.

Does your company provide a COI for our event?

Yes, please let us know if your event requires a COI as soon as you find out to allow time for processing. We provide Liquor Liability.

How many bartenders do I need to hire for 100 guests?

The number of bartenders may vary depending on the number of bar areas, and what type of drinks to be served and type of event. Generally, we suggest hiring one bartender for every 60 guests, but we suggest discussing your event details with your account executive so that they can suggest the proper amount for your event.

Can I pay the bartenders directly for any extra time?

You may not pay the bartenders directly. All payments for bartending services must be made through the office. You will be sent an updated invoice post event for your final balance.

Will the bartenders clean after the event?

Bartenders will assist with event breakdown meaning restoring the venue back to its original condition, c should furniture have been moved or rentals brought in. The bartenders will not have cleaning products and will not be responsible for things such as mopping, sweeping etc., but can gather garbage and leave it in the proper place per your instruction.
