Moscow Mule

Ingredients

  • 1 thin slice Muddle Ginger
  • 1.75 oz vodka
  • .5 oz Lime Juice
  • .5 oz Ginger simple syrup
  • Top off Ginger Beer

Instructions

  • In shaker muddle one thin slice of fresh ginger then add all other ingredients except for finger beer. Add ice shake and strain over ice in high ball glass top off with carbonated ginger beer. Garnish with a sugared ginger candy.

Tangerine & Gin

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Bulldog gin
  • 30 z fresh tangerine juice
  • Splash of lime juice
  • .5oz simple syrup

Instructions

  • Pour all ingredients in a shaker add ice.
  • Shake vigorously, and strain into a rock glass.
  • Garnish with a slice of tangerine.

Red Lemonade

Broken up raspberries give this cocktail its great color and taste.

Ingredients

  • 6 Raspberries
  • 1.75 oz Vodka
  • ¾ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • .5oz Simple Syrup
  • Top Off Soda Water

Instructions

  • In Shaker add raspberries, vodka, Lemon Juice, and simple. Also add ice and shake shaker vigorously. Depending on how much pulp you would like you can pour the entire mix into a high ball glass and top off with more ice if needed and soda water. If you are not a fan of a lot of pulp. You can strain over new ice in high ball glass and top off with soda water. Add a lemon and some raspberries as a garnish.

HomeMade Egg Nog and Whiskey or Spike Rum

Ingredients

  • 1 Egg white
  • 1.5 oz Almond milk
  • .5 oz Brown sugar simple
  • Graded Cinnamon
  • Graded Nutmeg
  • 1.5-2 oz Whiskey or Spiced Rum

Instructions

  • In shaker place rum or whiskey, egg white, almond milk, simple syrup and the spring from you shaker strainer. This will allow you to whisk the egg white while you shake. You will first hot shake the Ingredients meaning without ice vigorously for about a min. Then you will add ice and re-shake. Pour into a cup.

“Sugar Less” Sangria w/Citrus Sugared rim

Ingredients

  • 5-6 oz Herb Infused Sangria
  • 1 Spoonful Fresh Mixed Fruits
  • Top off Sparkling wine
  • Rimmed Dried zest and sugar mix

Instructions

  • Dip ½ of the rim of desired wine glass type in lime juice and the in the sugar in the raw and dried zest mix. Then fill with ice pour 5-6 oz of Pr batched sangria mix add ice mixed fruits and sparkling wine.

Peppermint Paddy Spiked Float

Ingredients

  • 2 Scoops of peppermint ice cream
  • 1.5 oz Ciroc coco
  • 2-3 oz Cola

Instructions

  • In a mug place 2 scoops of ice cream and 1.5 oz coconut vodka.
  • Top off with Coca Cola & wip cream with broken peppermint candy.

Apple Cider Mimosa

Ingredients

  • 4-5 oz Sparkling Wine
  • 1.5 oz Mulled apple cider
  • .5-1 oz Apple Brandy
  • Carmel and toasted cashew dip

Instructions

  • Dip champagne flute or coup into a Carmel syrup and the into crushed toasted. Now into glass pour apple cider, apple brandy and proceed to slowly pour sparkling wine.

Jalapeno Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz tequila
  • .5 oz jalapeño simple syrup.
  • .75 oz fresh lime juice
  • Salt & red pepper flakes

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients into a shaker add ice and shake vigorously
  • Garnish rim with salt & red pepper flakes.

How to make the Jalapeno simple syrup

  • 4-5 Jalapeno
  • 2 cups sugar
  • Hot boiling water
  • Pour hot water over chopped Jalapeno, let sit for a few minutes then strain jalapeno, pour that liquor into a bowl of sugar until dissolve.

Blueberry Whiskey Sour

Ingredients

  • 2 Spoonfuls Blue Berry Compote
  • 1.75 oz Whiskey
  • .5 oz Fresh Lime Juice
  • .5 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • .5 oz Lavender Simple Syrup

Instructions

  • Place 2 spoonfuls of Blue Berry Compote into bottom of rock glass. Add all the other ingredients into shaker. Add ice and shake vigorously slowly straining concoction over the highest ice cube in the rock glass. This will give the cocktail that layered look add fresh blue berries and garnish with a lavender sprig.

Summer Rose Martini

Ingredients

  • 1.75 oz Vodka
  • 1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
  • .5 oz Basil Simple Syrup
  • 1 Rinse of spray
  • 1 Rose Water
  • 1 Rose Petal
  • Dollop of strawberry puree

Instructions

  • In shaker add vodka, lime juice, simple syrup and ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a rose water rinsed or sprayed martini glass. With a squeeze bottle of strawberry puree slowly pour a dollop of puree off the back of the glass. This will give the cocktail the tequila sunrise desired look. Garnish with a rose pedal.

Caramel Martini w/ toasted Marshmallow

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Coconut or Vanilla Vodka
  • 1 oz Bailey's Carmel flavored if accessible
  • 1 oz Carmel Syrup
  • 1 oz Almond Milk or heavy cream
  • 1 or 2 Toasted marshmallow
  • A few dashes powdered sugar and or cinnamon

Instructions

  • In shaker place all ingredients and add ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a martini glass. With a skewer skew marshmallows and place on fire. Please do this very carefully. Place on martini glass and dash with a bit of powdered sugar and or cinnamon.

Bluemoon Beer

Ingredients

  • 1.75 oz vodka
  • .3oz Frangelico
  • .5oz apricot brandy
  • .3oz jalpeno simple
  • .75oz fresh meyers lemon syrup

Instructions

  • Add ice to a shaker and add all the ingred and shake
  • Pour in a pint glass.

Blood Orange Whiskey Sour

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz whiskey
  • 1 egg white
  • .5oz simple syrup
  • .50z lime
  • .50z lemon
  • 1.5 blood orange juice

Instructions

  • In a shaker add all ingred except blood orange
  • Shake without ice, then add ice and shake again
  • In a highball glass pour blood orange juice in 1st then pour liquid from shaker.
