  • 1 Egg white
  • 1.5 oz Almond milk
  • .5 oz Brown sugar simple
  • Graded Cinnamon
  • Graded Nutmeg
  • 1.5-2 oz Whiskey or Spiced Rum


  • In shaker place rum or whiskey, egg white, almond milk, simple syrup and the spring from you shaker strainer. This will allow you to whisk the egg white while you shake. You will first hot shake the Ingredients meaning without ice vigorously for about a min. Then you will add ice and re-shake. Pour into a cup.
