Bartenders will assist with event breakdown meaning restoring the venue back to its original condition, c should furniture have been moved or rentals brought in. The bartenders will not have cleaning products and will not be responsible for things such as mopping, sweeping etc., but can gather garbage and leave it in the proper place per your instruction.
