- 2 oz Gin
- 3/4 oz Lemon
- 1/2 oz Open Bar Hospitality Thyme Infused Simple Syrup
- 2 1/2 oz Champagne
- Garnish: Gold shimmer & Lemon Twist
- Glassware: Flute/Coupe/Martini
In mixing glass add Gin, Lemon, Open Bar Hospitality Thyme Infused Simple Syrup and Ice. Cover mixing glass with Metal Tin Shaker. Shake Vigorously!!! Strain “Up” into the champagne flute. Top off with champagne. Add gold shimmer and Lemon Twist.
