Hibiscus Mezcal


  • 2 oz Mezcal
  • 3/4 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 oz Hibiscus Syrup
  • Garnish: Salt & dehydrated Lime wheel
  • Glassware: Rock/Coupe


Place crushed salt on a small side plate, a little fresh lime in another. Dip half the rim of Rock Glass into fresh lime juice then into salt. In mixing glass add Mezcal, fresh lime juice, Hibiscus syrup, and Ice. Cover mixing glass with Metal Tin Shaker. Shake Vigorously!!! Strain over Fresh Ice into Rock Glass. Garnish with Lime.
