All tastings are curated and run by mixologist George Duval, a seasoned Mixologist and whiskey expert with over 15 years of experience. George is versed in Scotch, Bourbon, Rye, Irish, Japanese, and other world whiskies and has been hosting mixology classes since 2010. His in-depth knowledge includes history, production, nosing and tasting tips, plus his unique insights keep participants engaged and entertained.
