Sidecar Santa’s Sleigh
- 1 3/4 oz Cognac
- 1/4 oz Grand Marnier
- 3/4 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1/2 oz Open Bar Hospitality Rosemary Simple Syrup
- Garnish: Crushed candy cane rim
- Glassware: Coupe/Martini
Place crushed Candy Cane Holiday Mix on a small side plate, a little fresh lime in another. Dip half the rim of Rock Glass into lime juice then into Candy Cane Holiday Mix. In mixing glass add Cognac, Lemon, Open Bar Hospitality Rosemary Infused Simple Syrup and Ice. Cover mixing glass with Metal Tin Shaker. Shake Vigorously !!! Strain “Up” Coupe or Martini Glass. Garnish with Crushed Candy Cane Holiday Mix.
