Whiskey Sour


  • 2 oz Whiskey
  • 1/2 oz Lemon
  • 1/2 oz Lime
  • 1 Egg white Optional
  • 1/2 oz Open Bar Hospitality Thyme Infused Simple Syrup
  • 3/4 oz Hibiscus Tea
  • Garnish: Hibiscus flower or dehydrated lemon wheel
  • Glassware: Rock Glass


Add Hibiscus Tea To Rock Glass and set it aside. In mixing glass add Whiskey, Lemon, Lime, Open Bar Thyme Infused Simple Syrup, 1 Egg White Optional, and Ice. Cover mixing glass with Metal Tin Shaker. Shake Vigorously!!! Add Fresh Ice to Rock Glass. Strain Ingredients over the highest Ice Cube in the glass. Giving the cocktail an amazing Layered look. Garnish is a hibiscus flower or dehydrated lemon wheel.
